Ca'del Bosco Franciacorta Brut Millesimato DOCG

This is decidedly the most “classic” among the Ca’del Bosco vintage wines.
It has been produced since 1978 and is a touchstone of its type. Most of the basic wine is matured in pièces (small oak casks). It has a very fine perlage, golden yellow color and a fine and rich fragrance. It is elegant and smooth, but also structured and very persistent. These characteristics make it an excellent sparkling wine for aperitifs but it can also be enjoyed throughout the meal.
