Many resources have been employed with the aim of creating a great world-class red wine. Convinced that he had achieved this goal in 1981, Maurizio Zanella proudly gave his own name to the wine. It is the classic “Bordeaux” mix of cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc and merlot, which has been matured in small oak casks. It is a very elegant and refined wine with a deep, complex varietal fragrance, full, smooth flavor and a lingering aromatic persistence.
It is a wine which can age for a very long time. It is the Ca’del Bosco wine which has received the most recognition both from the international professional press and from famous restaurants.
