Chile, Bio Bio Valley VINIFICATION AND AGEING: 100% clonal Sauvignon blanc (90% 242 - 10% 1-Davis) The grapes were hand-picked early in the morning at their optimum level of ripeness for full flavour profiles and gently pressed after a long could soak in press. Part of the fermentation took place in steel barrels. Lees work was made for 3 month before bottling for a more complex wine. TASTING NOTES: Bright olive-green tones in colour. Very refreshing and full aromatic intensity wine with lays of tropical fruit like maracuya and melon that give space to citric notes and fresh grass at the end. Beautiful structure and finish. Available at major supermarkets while stocks last. Inforamtion by portawinery.cl |
