This was Ca’del Bosco’s firstborn in 1972. Even though it might be considered the “basic” product among the company’s still wines, it should certainly not be underestimated. In this category, it is an undisputed champion. A captivating blend of chardonnay and pinot blanc grapes. It is fragrant, lively, fruity and supple. It has the surprising ability to grow in complexity with aging. It should be drunk cool - but not chilled - and lends itself to many possible food combinations.
