 Denomination :Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro D.O.C.     
Characteristics  :Frizzante dry red wine     
Grape Varieties : 85% Lambrusco Grasparossa, 15% Lambrusco Fortana and Malbo Gentile     
Vinification       :On the skins with grapes stripped.     
Fermentation : 22 - 25°C in contact with skins for 10 - 12 days, depending on characteristics of grapes    Mousse process : With selected yeasts, Lambrusco Grasparossa must and Lambrusco Grasparossa base wine     
Mousse: Lively, evanescent     
Appearence Intense ruby red with purple edges     
Bouquet : Heady, typically perfumed bouquet reminiscent of wines macerated at length on the skins.     
Perlage : Fine and threadlike     
Flavor  : Full with morello cherry fragrance. Fresh bodied, full-flavoured and harmonious with good structure. Slightly tannic.
