New Zealand colour White gold/straw. nose Grapefruit, lemon, lime and orange peel combined with pineapple and undertones of elderflower. palate Grapefruit and lime combine with mango and ginger creating juicy acidity and balanced fruit sweetness. comments A cool fermentation using selected aromatic yeasts created wonderful lifted aromatics.
