Very fresh and young, it has an intense fruitiness of pineapple and grapefruit, and also a fine florality. |

Very smooth on the palate, it is full-spirited with a nicely poised body. |

It will go well with the best quality fish, preferably freshwater, and shellfish in delicate preparations, poultry in white sauces and also, dry goat cheese. Serve at 12°C. |

Already an enjoyment, it could keep until 2009 at least. |
